4. Ordering & Delivery

Orders can only be placed by individuals who are 19+ and located in our designated delivery areas. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery to verify age and identity.

• Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
• Missed deliveries due to invalid ID or absence at the delivery address may result in a restocking fee.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and regulated nature of cannabis products, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any products once delivered.

6. Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange or replacement if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

To request an exchange, contact us at (226) 962-3549  within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photo evidence may be required to process the request.

7. Product Availability & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Product availability, pricing, and promotional offers may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing errors.

8. Kush Points Rewards Program

Participation in our loyalty program is optional and governed by the separate Kush Points Policy. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Xpress Kush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Use cannabis products responsibly and in accordance with medical or legal advice.
